All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
An irregular weave or print or a stitch should not be taken as a defect as handcrafted products will not show consistent uniformity like a machine-made product.
Despite these variables, at RARE YOU, we stand behind the quality of our products and we allow return/exchange of your purchase in certain circumstances.

• We have a 48-hour Exchange/ Return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.
• To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt of purchase and other relevant proof i.e., unboxing video of the package.
• To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at INFO@RAREYOU.COM. Please note that returns/ exchange will need to be sent to the following address:

• You have to self-ship the product and We will not cover the shipping charges for Return/Exchange.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
• We are not liable for any Returns/ exchange that we were not notified about first.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
